riraku SNS Publisher は、株式会社NESE STYLE（riraku-life）が自社のSNSアカウントに自社制作の動画を予約投稿するために社内で使うツールです。このページは、このツールのプライバシーポリシーと利用規約です。
riraku SNS Publisher is an internal tool used by NESE STYLE Co., Ltd. (riraku-life) to schedule and upload our own videos to our own social media accounts. This page is the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of this tool.
1. YouTube API サービスの利用 / Use of YouTube API Services
このツールは YouTube API サービス（YouTube Data API v3）を使用しています。YouTube 連携を使うことで、利用者は YouTube 利用規約（YouTube Terms of Service） に同意したことになります。Google によるデータの取り扱いについては Google プライバシーポリシー（Google Privacy Policy） をご確認ください。
This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features of this tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please also see the Google Privacy Policy.
2. プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy
2-1. 取得・保存する情報 / Information we access, collect and store
利用者が Google アカウントでこのツールに YouTube チャンネルへの投稿を許可（OAuth 2.0）した場合、次の情報を取得・保存します。
- OAuth のアクセストークン・リフレッシュトークン（Windows の DPAPI で暗号化してツールを動かす社内PCにのみ保存）
- 接続した YouTube チャンネルの名前とチャンネルID（channels.list）
- このツールからアップロードした動画の動画ID・URL・公開状態・処理状態（videos.insert / videos.list）
- 利用者がツールに入力した投稿内容（動画ファイル、タイトル、説明文、タグ、予約日時）
When a user authorizes this tool with a Google account (OAuth 2.0) to upload to their YouTube channel, we access and store: OAuth access/refresh tokens (encrypted with Windows DPAPI, stored only on the company PC that runs the tool); the connected channel’s title and channel ID; the video ID, URL, privacy status and processing status of videos uploaded by this tool; and the posting content the user enters (video files, titles, descriptions, tags, schedule date and time).
このツールは、YouTube の視聴者・コメント・他のチャンネルの情報や、YouTube アナリティクスのデータを取得しません。
This tool does not access information about viewers, comments or other channels, nor YouTube Analytics data.
2-2. 利用目的と共有 / How we use, process and share information
取得した情報は、利用者が登録した動画を利用者自身の YouTube チャンネルへアップロード・予約公開し、その結果（成功・失敗・URL）を社内の管理画面に表示するためだけに使います。第三者（社外）には提供・販売しません。情報はツールを動かす社内PCの中でのみ処理され、当社が運営する外部サーバーには送信しません（送信先は YouTube / Google のみ）。
We use this information only to upload and schedule the user’s videos to the user’s own YouTube channel and to show the results (success, failure, URL) in the internal management screen. We do not share or sell it to any third party. The information is processed only on the company PC that runs the tool and is not sent to any server operated by us (it is sent only to YouTube / Google).
2-3. 広告・第三者コンテンツ / Advertising and third-party content
このツールには広告を表示せず、第三者によるコンテンツや広告の配信もありません。
This tool shows no advertising and no third party serves content or ads through it.
2-4. 端末への保存 / Storage on devices
このツールは、上記の情報をツールを動かすPCのローカルデータベース（SQLite）と暗号化ファイルに保存します。管理画面はそのPCの中（127.0.0.1）でのみ表示され、閲覧者の行動を追跡する Cookie 等は使用しません。
This tool stores the above information in a local database (SQLite) and encrypted files on the PC that runs it. The management screen is served only on that PC (127.0.0.1) and does not use cookies or similar technologies to track users.
2-5. 保存期間・更新 / Retention and refresh
保存している YouTube の動画情報は、25日ごとに YouTube API で問い合わせて更新します。連携が取り消されるなどして更新できない情報は、最後の更新から30日以内に自動で削除します。
Stored YouTube video information is refreshed through the YouTube API every 25 days. Information that cannot be refreshed (for example after access has been revoked) is deleted automatically within 30 days of the last refresh.
2-6. 連携の解除 / Revoking access
このツールの管理画面「接続状態」にある「YouTube の連携を解除してデータを削除」ボタンで、いつでも連携を解除できます。Google のセキュリティ設定ページ https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions からも、このツールのアクセスを取り消せます。取り消された場合、保存している YouTube のデータは30日以内に削除します。
You can revoke this tool’s access at any time with the “Disconnect YouTube and delete data” button in the tool’s connection screen, or via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After access is revoked, stored YouTube data is deleted within 30 days.
2-7. データの削除 / Deleting your data
管理画面の「YouTube のデータだけ削除」ボタン、または下記のお問い合わせ先への依頼により、このツールが保存している YouTube 関連のデータを削除できます。ご依頼から7日以内に削除します。
You can delete the YouTube-related data stored by this tool with the “Delete YouTube data” button in the management screen, or by contacting us below. We delete the data within 7 days of your request.
3. 利用規約 / Terms of Use
- このツールは株式会社NESE STYLE の社内業務用です。利用できるのは当社の担当者だけで、一般には提供していません。
This tool is for internal business use of NESE STYLE Co., Ltd. Only our staff may use it; it is not offered to the public. - YouTube 連携を使う利用者は、YouTube 利用規約 と Google プライバシーポリシー に同意したものとします。
Users of the YouTube features agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. - アップロードする動画・文章は、当社が権利を持つものに限ります。各 SNS の規約・コミュニティガイドラインに従ってください。
Only videos and text owned by us may be uploaded. Users must follow each platform’s terms and community guidelines. - 当社は、本ページの内容を必要に応じて改定します。改定後の内容はこのページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
We may update this page as needed; updates take effect when posted on this page.
